What should I expect from my first session?

In your first session you can expect about 15 minutes for paperwork and interview about areas of concern and what you want out of your session. Every massage is personalized to address each client's unique needs and areas of concern. You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort while the therapist leaves the room. You will be fully covered throughout the duration of the massage. Only the area that is being worked on will be uncovered. Communication is always open between you and your therapist, who will continually check in with you about pressure and comfort. Once your session is over, your therapist will leave the room and allow time for you to get dressed. 

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be made by clicking the “Book Now” button in the top right corner of the screen. They can also be made by emailing or call or text 207-380-5618.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Be sure to be properly hydrated before your massage session, and don’t have a full meal in the 2 hours prior to your appointment. Instead, eat lightly and drink plenty of fluids.  Be prepared to discuss your medical needs and history, and come ready to relax and get the most out of your session!

What is your cancelation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment we ask for a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is 50% of the price of your session. No-show’s will be charged the full amount of their scheduled massage, at their scheduled appointment time. Exceptions include emergencies or sudden illness. Ebb Tide Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service anytime.
